Moving a House in Providence

The 300-ton Peter Green House is set to be placed on its new foundation at Brown and
Angell Sts. on Providence's East Side. The building formerly known as the Lippit- Guild house, was rotated 90 degrees to face its neigbors when it was relocated to Brown St.
The renovations, being overseen by Brown University, will total $ 5 Million.
